Biography

I was born in 1979 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, but my family moved to Dallas when I turned 5 years old. I lived most of my youth in Texas and decided to pursue my undergraduate degree there. I graduated from the University of Texas-Austin with majors in Government and Sociology. I've lived in Columbus, OH since the fall of 2002.

My brother and father are Alpaca Ranchers in Colorado, and my mother is a custom jewelry designer.

Interests

Outside of sociology, I enjoy playing Sudoku, romping around the backyard with my dog Ellie (see picture on right), reading, and watching movies.
